Processing
The media is still being processed. You may need to wait until processing is complete before using it
Failed
The media could not be processed successfully
Credit Usage
The credit usage section is displayed at the top of the Media Library. Use this area to monitor the credits associated with your media generation activity.
This gives you visibility into your usage while working with AI-generated content.
What are Credits?
Credits are the currency used for AI media generation in Axis Social. You use credits when you generate AI-powered images or videos.
Credits are only consumed when Axis Social sends an AI media-generation request to a supported model.
The number of credits required for a generation depends on the AI model you select and, for video generation, the length of the video. You'll always see the credit cost next to the selected model before generating, so you know how many credits will be used before you confirm.
What Uses Credits?
Credits are used only for AI media generation.
Who Uses the Credits?
Credits belong to the workspace, not individual users. Everyone in the same workspace shares the same credit balance. There is no separate credit balance for each team member.
What Happens When Credits Reach Zero?
When your workspace has no credits remaining, AI media generation is temporarily blocked.
If you try to generate media without enough credits, Axis Social will show a message explaining:
- 1
How many credits the generation requires
- 2
How many credits are currently available
How to Get More Credits
If you run out of credits, you have two options:
- 1
Top-Up Credits- Purchase additional credits to continue generating AI images and videos.
- 2
Upgrade Your Plan- Upgrade your Axis Social plan if you need a larger or ongoing credit allowance.
You can manage your credits and billing from:
Settings → Billing
Frequently Asked Questions
Do Credits Expire?
Credits roll over. They do not reset at the end of each month.
Do I need credits to use AI captions?
No. AI captions are free and do not consume credits.
Can different team members use the same credits?
Yes. Credits are shared at the workspace level, so all users in the workspace draw from the same balance.
Quick Actions
The Media Library provides shortcuts that allow you to create or add media without leaving the library. You can Upload to add media directly from your device, Use Generate to create new AI-powered media and Use the search functionality to find media based on the prompts associated with generated content.
