Steps to Connect a Channel

Go to Settings → Channels

“Channels let you centralize messages from multiple platforms into one inbox.”

Click “Add Channel”

“You will see a list of supported platforms such as WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger.”

Choose the platform you want to connect

Follow the platform-specific authentication steps (e.g., Facebook login, WhatsApp Business API token, etc.)

Name your channel (optional) to help agents identify messages quickly.

Test the connection (optional)

“Use the ‘Send Test Message’ option to confirm setup before going live.”

Click “Save & Connect”
Your channel is now connected. All incoming messages will appear in the Inbox, labeled by platform for easy filtering.

For Instagram and Facebook
Ensure you have:
Admin access to your Facebook Page

An Instagram Business Account linked to your Facebook Page

Access to Meta Business Suite (Business Manager)

Axis Unified Inbox account with admin privileges
