Steps to Create a Campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns in the sidebar.
  2. Click "Create Campaign".
  3. Fill in the campaign details:
    • Campaign Name (e.g., "August Promo Blast")
    • Message Type: Text or Image
    • Message Content

      You can personalize with variables like {{first_name}} or {{company}}.

  4. Choose Target Audience. Select from Tags, Behavior Segments, or upload a contact list.
  5. Schedule or Send. Choose to send Now or set a future Date/Time.

    Once scheduled, campaigns cannot be edited. Double-check all content.

  6. Click "Launch Campaign".

    Use reports to fine-tune future campaign timing and audience targeting.
